Tata Capital has not been able to update my bank details since March and has been charging me late payment every month as I have to make the payments manually. I have tried contacting them multiple times and have even shared my bank statements as requested by them but nothing has been resolved yet and I am still getting charged late payment fee every month. I am also concerned about my Credit score and worried if they are updating my payments as late payments on my CIBIL. If that happens, I am definitely going to drag them to court and sue them for every last penny.

What happened after that? Were there any further complications while loan disbursement or anything?
Just wanted to know as I am also going to apply for a 75k loan from them.
