I am a subscriber of Tata Play, erstwhile Tata Sky, since 2006. Netflix Binge charges are being debited automatically without subscribing, even though not having a Binge box. On registering my complaint was told that charges can’t be reversed. Request your help to recover the amount wrongly debited.
