This is to inform that I logged a complaint (3SSTDZLK) on 26th August and the technician resolved it on 27th August. However, before leaving my place he activated Binge Zee5 for Rs.59 without my permission. When I asked about it, he didn’t say anything and left my place immediately. Then I noticed that Rs.59 have been deducted from my balance.
When I asked your customer service about it, they were all incompetent and said this amount cannot be refunded now.
This is highly objectionable as I have been sold something which I never wanted and fraudulently Rs.59 have been deducted from my balance. Moreover, your staff has the audacity to tell me that no refund will be given.
How can you deduct the amount without my approval? Why this will not be refunded?
