Tata 1mg is not delivering medicine on time. They are increasing day of delivery in the back on the system and delaying the delivery.
Parcel is packed 3 days back but the delivery partner is not picking the parcel.
Even in their call center number they are indicating to chat for help. And in the chat the representative are asking for excuse every time but no progress.
Very pathetic delivery service from 1 mg side. I am fed up now.

I ordered my medicine for 1mg pharmacy 2 times but everytime they delay my order and later on it will be cancelled. And reason mention their is “Customer Refused Delivery at Doorstep”. Bcz of my medicine and i need it on time. But the company was unable to deliver it then why they take such kind of orders.
