Tata 1mg upsells a Care Plan with medicines promising higher discounts.

You can’t see any information about minimum order amount and maximum discount for availing the discounted pricing.
Once the order has been placed and you try to place another order, you’ll see a different message under the pricing saying the minimum order amount for discounted pricing is Rs. 1099 and maximum discount amount is Rs. 300.
On asking to cancel the membership and asking for refund, you will be told it’s not possible as you have already used the membership for ordering medicines, which happens in most cases as the membership is sold along with medicines. Also they don’t accept the delivered medicines back sold with the fraudulent plan.
