I have been cheated by airtel guts. We have 4 postpaid numbers in the family. 2 months back, I migrated to the family plan but airtel guys lied to me that all the numbers are added to the plan. I am forced to pay the double amount for individual as well as the family plan. Even after several calls in last week, airtel guys are not able to add the numbers to the plan.
