Text of Complaint by TRAILOKYA RANJAN DASH:

I am trailokya Ranjan Dash, bearing consumer no: 302S02658301.

I have mailed Tata Power previously many times for Attribute change tariff reduction.
From Sep 2021, my tariff has been changed and I am paying double the bill amount as per GPS category but I am using domestic connection. I have attached here the 2 wrong bills of Sep 21 and Oct 21 for your reference.

I have visited the JE office for this but still the category is GPS. October 2022 I visited customer care and got a notification no: 5001718070, after 3 month notification status showed DVP and I have enquired about this many times but every time JE and some other staff demanded bribes for processing the documents. Now status showing hold and another notification showing misuse and dues pending from 2 year back date. How this is possible I have no idea what is going on Tata Power nowadays. Some old sesu staff misuse their power, blaming and troubling the customers. I have been using the electricity for 10 years and paying the electricity bills as per billing in time. I have not misuse the electricity and not done any types of illegal uses. So why will I suffer?

Kindly go through my previous mails, Enquiries this matter and please provide me the solution against this matter.
