Text of Complaint by Tarun:

  1. I was exploring plans on app
  2. My plan changed automatically
  3. I call customer care 121
  4. Initially i was told system not working…all 3 interactions
  5. I cant change back to old plan
  6. Then  i was told i change it from app
  7. App still says cant change back to old plan 499
  8. Multiple calls…i told them do whatever you think is right
  9. Raise concern on social media…no action
  10. CC team will not raise the complaint
  11. Questions – is this the way you advertise minimum complaint?
  12. Not raising complaints simple way to lower it down
  13. No profiling..check my account …9967734440.
  14. No time for your iresponsible staff calls
  15. Email interaction would be better..
