- I was exploring plans on app
- My plan changed automatically
- I call customer care 121
- Initially i was told system not working…all 3 interactions
- I cant change back to old plan
- Then i was told i change it from app
- App still says cant change back to old plan 499
- Multiple calls…i told them do whatever you think is right
- Raise concern on social media…no action
- CC team will not raise the complaint
- Questions – is this the way you advertise minimum complaint?
- Not raising complaints simple way to lower it down
