I had placed an order with tans closet (@closettans) page on Instagram for two silk suits for Rs.2200 and made the payment using google pay (payment reception confirmation attached below). I was told that the product will be dispatched within two days and will be delivered in 5days. The payment was made on number: 8591621722 with name VANI Mehra shivam
Right from the next day of payment, the page has ghosted me and are not replying to anything not is providing with any tracking number when asked for it. I have messaged her several times before making this complaint. No matter what I ask them they just don’t bother to reply neither are they refunding the amount or sending the product.
