Hello Mam/Sir,
I am user of TALKCHARGE wallet for a very long time similar to Paytm, Mobikwik & last week I was surprised to see that TALKCHARGE has started to levy 20% convenience charges on bill payment, recharges etc
I believe this is not only illegal but unethical considering that no company ever in the wallet business would have levied 20% convenience charges on recharges & bill payment.
Please take strictest action against TALKCHARGE so that they can’t defraud innocent customers who invest so much money in TALKCHARGE wallet.
