I am regular user of Talkcharge, paid all my electricity Bills through this Wallet every month, but now it’s charging additional 20% on bill amount as a convenience fees. It’s completely illegal and making fraud to their existing customers. We are adding lots of money in this Wallet so we can use it for Bill Payment and for purchase something. Please take some necessary action immediately otherwise they will cheat all innocent people.

Talkcharge did not mention this while taking deposit amount from its members. Taking deposits and luring people with large sums added when kept for several months and then later charging convenience fee once members deposit huge sums is illegal. that money can only be used for making only bill payments and is nonrefundale and cannot be used for even purchasing anything. Soon they will come up with some other fee. This sort of manipulation must be stopped.
