Talkcharge suddenly started charging exorbitant 20% convenient fee on all bill payments without any capping. This is really unethical!!! You can’t do this to existing customers who have loaded money in wallet before the fee was introduced. Please stop this practice immediately. It’s really unfair and breaking trust of customers.
