What a bullshit interface you have, if a person wants to talk customer care he/she will die to talk to customer care representative because you people making 100 of steps and not helping a person or customer to talk with the person who will solve the issue but if you will nit irritate tye customer then you people will not be able to breathe or what, yoi you should just add one number to talk to customer care for example if you want to talk to the customer care representative so press 9 that’s it finished but you guys are @$@$-@@-@$
