I got my talk time recharge done on 27-9-2018 of Rs.70. At that time it was for unlimited period. I don’t use any other recharge pack on this number. Now today on
20-11-2018 I got a message that my outgoing validity will be till 1-12-2018. I still have Rs.72.78 balance. On enquiry from customer care I got a reply that I’ll have to take up a validity plan. Now if I want to use this money of mine, I’ll have to pay more money for this. This is extremely unfair. I feel cheated.
