i placed an order on their website vlebazaar order id-2029147 on dated 02/03/2023 and they failed to dispatch my order even after 22 days. they failed to give me an update about the status and ignored my calls, mails and tickets as if it was done on purpose. his customer care cancelled the order but they are taking 20 days to refund my money back in get refund in vlebazar wallet. so i want to refund in original mode of payment, i ask them about it, the extremely rude customer service is just disconnecting my calls and playing around as if this whole thing is a big joke. their website return policy mentioned that it would take 1 to 7 days to refund my money refund in original mode of payment yet they are taking over 20 days for no real reason and arguing with me that i am the one who is fault. it is there fore humbly prayed pls refund my amount in original mode of payment
