I booked a Delhi to Visakhapatnam flight on 12 Dec 2021 for my wife through travolook at a cost of Rs 108400. However, the payment was made but still the flight ticket was not booked. Initially it said booking in progress and later said the booking got cancelled due to operational issues. The operissues they mentioned was that it could be due to seats not available or change in fare but this was not the case as i immediately booked through another site at same amount without any hassles. But the problem is with the refund. it is around 95 days since the payment was made but still the company has not processed the refund. I have called up and written to them multiple times but always they give pet reply that it is being processed. Therefore, they took my money on pretext of providing a service which they didn’t and neither provided the refund.
