I had asked for a refund around 11 days ago, which is still in the “processing” state. When it comes to asking for money, these people don’t waste even a second, now since it’s about giving the money back, they take 10+ days. Very unprofessional and poor customer service experience. Won’t recommend it to my friends for sure.
