I have got a call from HDFC Bank to take a credit. Then I applied for it. It was delivered to me and I have paid the joining fees of that card. I didn’t take not even a single rupee from that card, but it was lost. Then I blocked that card and it asked me to reissue the card. I have asked for reissuing. I have got the second credit card which was reissued, then again they are asking to repay the joining fees. At the same time, I have blocked that card request not to reissue the card.
Third time they called for reissuing credit card, I asked them not to issue that. But, they issued one more card, which is not even dispached from the bank and it was asking to pay the fees. I didn’t take a single rupee from any of the cards, but I have to pay 1000 rupees to the bank.
It might effect my cibil score. Please resolve my issue.
