I had one jio sim and i lost that so i went to a My Jio Store in Jyothi Nivas, College Rd, Near Empire 49, 1st Main 5Th Block, Industrial Area, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095.so after taking an duplicate number the store man told like 199. Rupees for a normal duplicate sik witout any recharges or extra benefits.after paying that amount to the store man after i came out i received an email from jio that the maximum charge for the duplicate sim is 50 rs only.so as a part of this i enquired with a jio customer service so the response from them was also the same saying that it is 50 without any extra plans or recharge.then again i contacted with the above mentioned store and the store man was saying like it belongs to stamp charge service charge and if not needed return back the sim will deduct the cancellation charge and give the remaining amount of money .so as from jio customer service and jio messages no charges was reported or mentioned like may be added it was like the maximum charge is 50 rs .
