Taken the money but not delivered the product since 2020. The amount was more than Rs-1000/- . When I asked for refund they replied with the mail’s saying it will be delivered as there is lockdown in Kolkata.

  1. Attaching mail copies along with this complaint
  2. They have changed their name from Dopcart to Roxa
  3. They said my order is shipped but still don’t receive the order whereas they gave fake tracking number
