Dear Sir / Mam,
I booked the ticket based on their price shown by them in their website. I paid and booked the ticket however they canceled the ticket showing the reason that airline has increased the price of the ticket. Cancelation ref No. is REF789965320
I did booking on real time basis, i am least bothered about the contract between them and airlines. They have offered the price which I accepted and booked. They don’t have any rights to withdraw.
It’s one way of cheating in a smarter way. Take money from customer in this way, return after 10 – 15 days and enjoy this money for 15 days freely
Now, 3 months going to over, I did not get my money back. Always saying 7-10 working days.
i am not the only person, many persons like me are facing the same.
Request you to cease their office, arrange to return back our money for which we will be obliged.
