Dear sir,
I have taken loan from mPokket loan app and on due date of my loan I have made repayment of it ,but 2 transactions got paid extra to it. Regarding this I have complaint to company so many times I have made calls and sent my passbook as proof through email but no response or action was taken from the company. Every time I call and say my issue they say to wait some days but every time I have to repeat the same issue again and again. I have to make 6 repayment but made 8 due to technical issue. Repayment was done on 5th August,2023. I have sent pnb bank statement attached to this and Its Password is -6407000100086532.
