I have taken loan from money view and that is disbursed fd rom their end but not credited to my account and emi date already begin and their application is showing money credited to my account

I have faced the same problem , Applied for the Loan on 13th June’23 and received the loan sanction and EMI details from Aditya Birla Finance( Lending partner of MoneyView) but the money never credited. Meanwhile the the MoneyView App started showing the amount is disbursed on same date and EMI is due on 5th July.
Send multiple mails to MoneyView, received occasional response asking to share the Bank statement , shared the bank statement multiple times but no resolution, and it continued for 15 days, Unfortunately MoneyView doesn’t have any customer care number to reach them the number provided in App is IVR only.
Also sent multiple emails to ABFL and received the only response saying loan has been disbursed.
Finally loan amount popped up on 28th June’23 after 15 days, sent another mail to MoneyView to inform them and asked them to recalculate the Interest from the date loan disbursed instead of calculating from the date applied.
Immediately received a call from an executive, and informed in a rude manner saying there wont be any change in the interest calculated and I am liable to pay it.
