Sir, I have registered on 12 June 2021 online form filling work from job on jobsearchnet.in. they call on my phone no. on 12 june 2021 in evening approx 5 PM and given incomplete information regarding online job and agreement and lots of information regarding job and agreement has hidden by company and after that they demand my Aadhar card & pan card photo through whatsApp for registration Process.I have agreed to work on resumes in which they provide 600 resumes and we need to complete within 7 days. They provide demo video in that no proper demo provided and they provide some instructions. Their aim is to intentionally make us commit mistake and we should make 90% mistakes and they will pay less. As i contacted them and they say to pay the money. I dont want to work with them.
They gave me a quick click on the next click, digitally signed, I thought they were doing it to practice. I was told before I realized you had an agreement with us. I then sent a copy of the agreement to my mail. Reading this, I realized that what I was talking about on the phone and the conditions in the contract are very different.
It is impossible to complete the work within 7 days.
They are threatening to take legal action against me if I refuse to work. Please take action against the company. Because after 7 days I will start receiving threats. They sent me a Warning Mail of Letter of Demand of money Rs 5000+GST on 21 June 2021
I humbly request to you please take strictly legal action against online Fraud company jobsearchnet.in because like me many of the people has been suffering Fraud from online Fraud Company Jobsearchnet.in
