I’ve been in this hope to get a resolution on my query for past 4 days with no help from Amazon chat/call. They are worthless.
I lost my phone last Fri and ordered a new one on Amazon immediately because we have lockdown in Delhi on Sat-Sun. Paid for 2 day shipping and got it delivered on Monday. The delivery was good, phone looks good but it hangs a lot. Even without app and ample space, it doesn’t work smooth. Tried to return and none of them cooperated. Then I CALLED and the person arranged a home inspection for the phone to get a conformation from the technical person if return is really required. He confirmed the same and went back. I was hoping a call back since he promised a callback after technical inspection is done. I chatted again a couple of minutes back and the person was worst. Evertime I chat Or call, I realize how untrained and unprofessional these people are. He even deleted my chat I guess because I’m not able to see those. Can you imagin how inconvenient it is for me to work at home and get hundreds of calls and zoom, teams meetings on this phone with such lag issue? I’m really having a lot of patience. I first thought I would get the phone replaced but now, I want the refund. No more excuse dear Amazon. You are bad and your customer service team is worse. I am unable to return this item now as they are not responding. I guess they are waiting for the return time frame to get over so they can deny my return. A well organized scam!!!
