Hi. I’m also recently got affected by this app. They are breaking people mentally. No ethics or anything for their business. they just don’t care about people but money. I have no clue what to do. I had four loans that is to be repaid, and when I repaid, all four loans got approved again with a higher price and interest rate, and the amount got automatically disbursed to my account. When I contacted the support team through the mail, no proper response. They just don’t care. And the loan recovery team is the worst. They threaten us saying editing our pictures and our family pictures if the amount was not paid in 10 mins. I’m going through mental hell because of this platform. Worst of all, they got our data.
