Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken loan of Rs 3000/- on dated 09.02.2023 from Taka mall loan app , i have repaid the same on 18.02.2023 after repayment i once again received amount in bank account which i does not required still i have repaid the same and this process has repeated many time screen shot for the same has been attached.
I would like to bring to your notice that every time I repaid the amount, some extra amount is automatically credited in my account which I do not need.
Every time i received amount I have to pay processing charges which are very high, which is a total loss to me because I don’t need funds or loans from Taka App. I have tried to connect them through call and email but no one is responding.
So with reference to above i would like to register a complain against the process of resending the amount without my permission. It is a total harassment for me.
