Urbanic women clothing

I have ordered three cloths from urbanic application , two tops from different number on the same address and one tshirt from another number on the same address and the two products which i have orderd from my number i get same exactly the same as in image but material is not good so i wanted to return it and the shirt which i had ordered from another number i did not get the t shirt i got the wrong product so i wanted to returned two items and one i keep with me so total two items from three item i had returned to their delivery boy but company has accepted only one return request not two return request so they gave me refund of one item only not for second one and i am asking them for two weeks regular to return my money back i want refund of this green top which i have uploaded
