I have got an unsolicited OTP from some Ullu App. I don’t have this app on my phone nor have I created any account. This looks like a cyber fraud. Please look into it. Screenshot attached. OTP for Ullu App was last modified: August 13th, 2023 by Consumer Court

I have never heard of thid application and suddenly yesterday midnight i received an sms with OTP. I have been observing similar complaints raised to you.
