I booked ticket on 31st October 2021 but after 10 minutes i got the call that their is surge in flght ticket and you have to pay Rs 2000/- more to book the ticket. i confimed not to proceed and refund my amount which was 10658/-. After that received a mail that the amount will be refunded in 10 working days but its been a month now and yet not received the amount. I made multiple call to their customer care no but they have standard answer that it will be refunded 5 to 6 working days.
