Tinder have banned my account but won’t give me a reason as to why. They just say I’ve violated guidlines, which I believe I haven’t, and just keep repeating themselves when I ask them how I have violated them. Tinder not restoring superlikes purchased upon reinstaling the app.

I deleted my Tinder and reopened to reset matches. I purchased 10 superlikes and used a couple, so I had at least 6-7 remaning. When I reinstalled the app, they were gone. Actually I have subscribed for any subscription in Tinder and it have debited 520 without any reasons… I have been debited with the amount of 520 was last modified: February 22nd, 2021 by Consumer Court
