Ordered beauty products worth 1722 rupees but did not receive order details. It shows fulfillment status as unfulfilled. I emailed twice but no response. I called as well and everytime the auto generated voice says we are busy Payment done but no order details received was last modified: July 6th, 2023 by Consumer Court

I ordered products bfrom Swiss beautybeaity online. Payment of rs 568.10 was deducted from my account but there are no tracking details. Order number given in ail is wrong. Unable to contact customer care Amount got deducted but no tracking for products ordered was last modified: July 5th, 2023 by Consumer Court
