On July 2022 i enrolled for a Full stack development course on skill lync I paid 5000₹ as registration fees and i was informed about 22 months Emi of 6800 . and i have paid for 7 months 47,600/-Rs i have already paid along with 5000/- Rs After that i followed every procedure of eduvanz (loan partner of skill lync) Since July 2022 till today this many months i was keep on waiting But unfortunately they have not provided any interview’s so i was left with only one option i.e cancelling the course . I tried to request Irfan sir (the person who attended me till the registration process ) but he has not explained me regarding Loan process and now they are denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc … Note : Terms and conditions of skill lync where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments viz.,pre-book, installments or full payments. they have made false promises like 100% job assurance and they have not informed me during joining period regrading Loan process they just asked me to Provided them Aadhar card, pan card and e nach mandate signature on there form and submitted online. And disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account. I just had to pay emis. and waiting for there job opportunity.
