SBI credit card

Sir, I have a credit card which was blocked and placed inactive since 1 year back. Now suddenly I am receiving msg for bill amounting to Rs 3154/- against blocked card . I had approached nodal officer SBI Credit Card but he is not rectifying and how bill generated against card not in use since one year. My account is being debited whatever balance by force.
