Safety rupee cashlife

I borrow loan before 20 days and suddenly i got call that i have to pay 3500 rupees. Then i paid but by mistakenly i paid double emi. But they are not returning my money which i paid double. And for emi they call me every after 10min but now they block my number and not responding about my money so i loss my extra 3500 rupees feeling aggressive for safety rupee app
