RBL Bajaj super credit card

Hello sir I had taken one from Flipkart which is priced at thi 28499 Rs but I canceled the order because it was not going to be delivered even after the month, then all the money was refunded by Flipkart allow and I had to stop whatever EMI was at that time and that you will not have to pay any EMI but today I get a bill from RBL, which I did not take, please get solution for this metter
