Porter Application – ( Legal name – Smartshift Logistics Private limited)

A year ago i have registered my vehicle on porter in Pickup category but from 13 February 2024 when I login in the app it showed my vehicle is transferred into Tata Ace Category but My vehicle is Tata Intra V20 Bi Fuel Pickup 8.8 feet long and 5.3 feet width and it’s carrying capacity is 1000 kg but Carrying capacity of Tata Ace is 640 kg and carrying capacity of Mahindra Bolero Pickup is 1200 Kg my concern is that firstly company also create a new category for 9 feet vehicle or Tata Intra V20 Pickup otherwise they have to register in Pickup category
