paytm and visio world LED TV

sir i buy a visio world 60cm vw24a HD ready LED TV from paytm and he delivered on 17 oct 2018 but for instalation no any assistant is coming even after complaint to paytm helpline. so please rise a complaint againt paytm and visio world tv.
