I received a message on 11/12/2020 asking that are you looking for a data entry job on quikr and I said yes.They sent me a sample image of a form for showing me about the work I have to do and they told me that they will give me 1400 forms which I have to complete within 10 days for which they will pay weekly.They also told me that I need not have to pay any registration fees they will deduct it from my salary and I agreed.After that they asked me to send my Aadhar card for ID proof and I send it to them.Then they told me that they will call me the next day as their office is closed after completing my registration process.They didn’t mention their company name to me. The next day morning when I searched in Google I have seen several complaints against such a company asking to complete data entry work within 10 days for 1400 forms.Before they call me I asked their company name through whatsapp and they sent me OCTAVIC SERVICES HG – 27 Shakuntal Complex Behind old cinema road Tharad Gujarat – 385565 The whatsapp number which I got message from is : 757502193 When I told them that I am not interested in doing job in their company they replied me that the registration is done,if I want to cancel the registration I have to pay cancellation charges or else they will legally move towards me.When I said that I didn’t enter in any type of contract with them they told me that they have my ID proof.Then I sent some screenshots of complaints to them and they said it isn’t their company. Then I asked for their ID.They didn’t give me any ID and they compelled me to either work in their company or pay charges otherwise they will take legal action against me.

I applied in Quikr for this job..and then they convinced me to do it without registration fees..but they signed a agreement with me that If I faxed to do this work i have to pay 7100..but this is fake company .. Octavic services was last modified: December 13th, 2020 by Consumer Court
