Mobikwik zip is showing a loan penalty of 3557.72 against an activation fee they charged on my account. Activation fee mist be collected upfront and not as a credit line. I didn’t Applied for the loan but in my cibil it is showing as i took loan from them And now i got amount of 9900 from TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ( MOBIKWIK) i didn’t applied any loan from them. So please strict action on them and please update my cibil as well. Because of them my CIBIL score is affecting too much.
