Meesho & razorpay software private limited

My name is helen mary.i order one dress from meesho.and the payment was successfull but order was cancelled.deducted from my bank account 221 rupees.this is not first time i faced .previous time i was order one kurthi from instagram account that time also my payment was gone to razorpay software private lmtd at that time deducted 179.
