Dear Maccron Beauty Support Team, I hope you’re doing well. I placed an order in November, and despite my patience, it has still not arrived. Additionally, another order that was supposed to be delivered on February 24 is also missing. Both orders are from the same seller, Vely Monkeys CO. LTD, which makes me suspect that the issue lies with them. Since this is not just one but two missing orders, I need an immediate resolution. This is hard-earned money, and I expect either the products to be delivered ASAP or a full refund. Please look into this issue urgently and let me know how you plan to resolve it. I would appreciate a prompt response.
