Lotus basketmall

I didn’t receive my product in the company name of lotus basketmall ! I orders kitchens items more than a month back ! I didn’t get any reply from them I mailed many times not reply and I order for 1890 rupees still not get any message form them side ! Please make sure they should give the money back or send the items as soon as possible! Definitely it take action. About this fraud company and no one else will be fooled anymore take action for this and max as soon as possible’ thank you
