Lotus 360

I’m complaint against fraud committed by lotus360 application (seller of services) I am filing the complaint here also immediately contact the payment gateway ( Phonepe ) and demand a refund but I have already had word with my relationship executive he told me their no reference no . pending in bank statement also no showing amountj j already talk to lotus 360 as proof I asked for is their any proof do u have that u already sent the amount into my bank account agent given the proof but last four digit not match with my bank account no given fake receipt last not matched with my bank account I asked again and again but no revert come from their end.
