This is to inform you that I have really harassed by Jio your customer care representative (Mrs Chaitali Khargaonkar) during last 2 months regarding unsolicited commercial call of activating DND Services on my Jio number. I eecharged jio phone vide transation ID NO IGALBLEHF4 @ IGALDMKH6 of Rs 544/- of each transaction but the neither recharged nor refunded money to my account. Refund this money immedialty.
