I did a recharge on 12-12-2018 at 10.05 AM. I got successful transaction message along with transaction id: BV00000O5D8Q. I logged a complaint at JIO customer care regarding the issue and now they are saying there is no transaction made on the number : 83609-33492. recharge issue was last modified: December 15th, 2018 by Consumer Court

Dear Sir/Mam, Jio network speed is very very slow and very dirty, and jio team please strong your network and tower’s in urban area. I should recharge Rs.448/- and get 1.5 gb per day but jio network speed provided is very slow and dirty bcoz my applications is not properly working by poor network speed. […]
