Jio

Order no. 29211, which is order by my mobile no. 9110989671,on 21st April2019.But then can’t send my original order. I request for return policy but they don’t do this.. So I want to return my amount with return policy amount is 713//

I had recharged twice for ₹98 and had not able to get the plan and then I went to jio centre and asked about it they said it would be refunded within 24hr and I still haven’t got my money My refund was last modified: June 16th, 2019 by Consumer Court

Data packs are reducing without using Jio network

I have noticed that on sundays, the Jio network reducing the data packs (2Gb data pack reduces to 500Mb) without any usage of the network.
