Instagram and Telegram

There is a user on telegram MR ISHAN ROA and @MrIshanRoa. He is having 2000 subscribers and he is making a fool everyone, stealing everyone money..He took my 80k now I don’t have money to survive. I literally want to die..I have all.evidence against him..kindly take strict action against him. If I die Don’t leave him like that
