My IOB account was maintained with minimum balance and i don’t have any EMI’s to pay , The bank needs to give a proper explanation on the debit of 295RS [Debit Card] received on 2nd June,2024 IOB Debited money without my knowledge was last modified: June 3rd, 2024 by Consumer Court

Today at 1st june 2024, Rs. 295 is being debited from my account. Says in the sms description just as [Debit Cars]. Annual service charges for maintenance were around Rs. 177. This 295 thing is just too much. Need a good explanation from IOB.

At night 12:11 Am, 2nd June 2024 ₹295 was deducted from my account without my prior knowledge and I don’t have any loan or emi, plus I have maintained my minimum balance too.
