Gv football game

I Invested my money in GV Football App And they told me that they will give my money with intrest but now when i withdrawal my Money 46000 thousand rupees. The application is not opening they say firstly you pay tax of 40000, AND 500 rupees .i dont understand how a person can pay without withdrawal so they are cheating with me and my all Friends . they dont want to give memy money please help me. i am jobless and poor family.
